Description
Ceremonial-grade matcha, hydrolysed marine collagen and a touch of vanilla. Whisk it with a little hot water, top up with milk, pour over ice.
3.5 g of collagen per 8.5 g serving. Hot or iced, dairy or plant milk: your ritual, your way.
How to prepare
- Add about 2 teaspoons to a cup or glass.
- Pour in 30 ml of hot, not boiling, water.
- Whisk hard in a zigzag for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Top up with about 180 ml of milk, dairy or plant. Enjoy hot or iced.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat. Reseal the pouch after each use.

Young leaves ground very fine, for a deep green and a smooth, non-bitter taste. 17.6% of the blend.
Marine collagen
Hydrolysed fish collagen, 41.2% of the blend. It dissolves completely: no taste, no texture.
Hot or iced
Hot at 8 am, iced at 4 pm.
The same pouch for both. Whisk with 30 ml of hot water, then pour over milk and ice, or keep it hot in a mug.

Does it taste of fish?
No. Hydrolysed collagen is neutral: no taste, no smell. You only taste the matcha and the vanilla.
Can I drink it every day?
Yes, one serving a day. The 250 g pouch lasts about a month.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes, the natural caffeine of matcha, released more gently than coffee.

Is it suitable for vegans?
No: marine collagen comes from fish. Our coffees and cappuccino contain milk protein.
